Upon full payment for a project, source code and deliverables transfer to the client as specified in the project agreement. Pre-existing tools, frameworks and internal libraries used in delivery remain our property.

Payment terms

Limitation of liability

SkyScale is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of delivered software, beyond the value of fees paid for the relevant engagement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Kolkata, West Bengal having exclusive jurisdiction.
