Refund Policy

We aim for every engagement to be a fair exchange of value. This policy outlines how refunds are handled across our project types.

Milestone-based projects

• Deposits secure your project slot and cover initial discovery & architecture work — these are non-refundable once work has started
• Fees paid for completed and approved milestones are non-refundable
• If a project is cancelled before a milestone is delivered, any advance paid for that milestone is refunded minus work already completed, assessed in good faith

Support & maintenance plans

Monthly support plans can be cancelled anytime effective the next billing cycle. Fees already paid for the current cycle are non-refundable.

Requesting a refund

Write to support@oyinfo.in with your project reference. Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
